I’ve always balanced my academic career with a deep love for creative writing. I’ve been writing, publishing, and editing fiction (along with some poetry and creative nonfiction) for nearly two decades. Now, I’m giving creative writing its own space alongside my services for academics. 

By summer 2026, I will be certified as a fiction book coach by Author Accelerator. This is an intensive, practice-based training. Upon completion, I’ll be available for short- and long-term book coaching collaborations. 

But there’s even better news: You don’t have to wait until the summer! Alongside book coaching for novelists, I will also offer developmental editing, manuscript assessment, and (to a limited extent) line editing. With six years of experience as a fiction editor, I’m ready to help you bring your story to life.
